Return Policy

At CH Creations, each product is custom-made and produced on demand just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final except in cases where there is a proven defect in workmanship or materials.

If you believe your item has a workmanship flaw, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will determine if the item qualifies for a replacement or repair.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or design choice once production has begun.

  • Normal variations in color, placement, or texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

  • Shipping costs for returning defective items are covered by CH Vinyl Creations.
